Cloud Dashboard Overview
A module-by-module reference for everything on the Cloud Dashboard, including date selection, export options, transaction metrics, sales graphs, and breakdowns by payment, daypart, kiosk, and item.
📋 Overview
The Cloud Dashboard is the primary reporting view for a selected location or group. It displays sales performance, transaction metrics, payment breakdowns, and more — all filtered by a chosen date range.

🗂️ Dashboard Modules
🗓️ Date Selector
Select a date range for your reports using the calendar or from the preset options on the upper right. Reports can be filtered by both date range and time range.
📤 Export Options
Export the dashboard report in several ways:
- Send a copy of the entire report to the email address associated with the currently logged-in Cloud account
- Download the entire report as a PDF or CSV file
- Download an Item Sales Summary CSV report
📈 Transaction Metrics
Six summary cards at the top of the dashboard provide a snapshot of performance for the selected date range.
Metric | Description |
Transactions | Total number of completed transactions |
Total | Total sales, inclusive of taxes, discounts, and fees |
Average Ticket | Average transaction price for the selected period |
Refunds | Total amount of refunds processed |
Active Kiosks | Total number of kiosks currently active at the location |
Average Time | Average transaction length in seconds |
Offline Transactions | The number of transactions that were processed offline |
Discounts Applied | The total number and dollar amount of accumulated discounts |
📉 Hourly Sales Graph
Trends of sales and transaction count for the selected date range. Hover over any point on the graph to see a breakdown for that specific time period.
💳 Payment Breakdown
Two charts showing how payments were split for the selected period:
- Sales by Tender — Breakdown between accepted tender types (credit card, stored value, payroll deduct, cash, etc.)
- Sales by Card Type — Breakdown of the various credit card networks used
🕐 Daypart Sales Performance
Breakdown of sales by daypart, displayed as both a pie chart and a detailed table.
If no dayparts are configured for the location, both the chart and table will show "All Day" sales.
💰 Sales Breakdown
Total sales segmented into subtotal, discounts, fees, taxes, tips, and refunds for the specified time period.
The Sales Breakdown may not include discounts, fees, tips, or refunds if they were not applicable during the selected date range.
🖥️ Kiosk Sales
Number of transactions and total sales per kiosk, listed by kiosk ID. Mobile/Byte sales are also included when applicable.
If any kiosks are offline, an alert will appear next to their kiosk ID, and the quantity/total will be blurred. Amounts will reappear once the affected kiosk(s) reconnect to the network.
🧾 Taxes Breakdown
Lists all taxes collected from transactions within the specified date range.
↩️ Refunds
Displays the number of refunds and total amount, categorized by payment type.
This module does not appear if no refunds were given during the selected time period.
🏷️ Discounts
Number of discounted items and the total amount discounted.
This module does not appear if no discounts were applied during the selected time period.
🫙 Tips
Total amount of tips collected per kiosk, listed by kiosk ID.
This module does not appear if no tips were collected during the selected time period.
🛒 Item Sales Categories
Three sub-reports identifying top performers by category:
Report | Description |
Top Items | Items with the highest sales volume, including total quantity sold. For a full report, use the Item Sales Summary CSV export. |
Top Labels | Top ArUco (Dotcode) or QR code labels by sales. |
Top Tags | Top item tags by sales. |
