What is Cloud?
An orientation to Mashgin Cloud — the reporting and management dashboard at cloud.mashgin.com. Covers the Dashboard, Transactions, Users, and Settings sections.
📋 Overview
Cloud (cloud.mashgin.com) is Mashgin's reporting and management dashboard. This is where you view and export sales reports, audit transaction history, process refunds, and manage users and settings for your locations.
Tip: Cloud supports both individual location reporting and group-level reporting for multi-location operators.
🔑 How to Access Cloud
Step 1. Log in to Cloud
Go to cloud.mashgin.com in your web browser and sign in with your Mashgin credentials.
🗂️ Main Areas of Cloud
Step 2. Dashboard
The Dashboard is the home view in Cloud. From here you can:
- Select a Location or Group to view its sales data
- Set a date range using the Date Selector
- View sales summaries and item breakdowns
- Export reports as PDF, CSV, or email

The Transactions section lets you view and manage individual transaction records. From here you can:
- Search transactions by date, location, or transaction ID
- Audit individual transaction details
- Refund transactions
- Download individual receipts

The Users section (admin only) is where you manage who has access to your Cloud account. From here you can:
- Add and remove users
- Set permission levels for each user
