How to update your location's friendly name in Cloud. The friendly name appears on the kiosk display and in Cloud reporting — keep it accurate so your team can identify locations at a glance.

📋 Overview
The Location's Friendly Name is what identifies your site in Cloud and on the kiosk. You can update it any time from the Settings tab in Cloud. Changes sync to the kiosk automatically within 5–10 minutes, or immediately if you tap Sync DB.

✏️ How to Change the Location Name
Step 1. Navigate to Cloud
Go to cloud.mashgin.com and log in.
Step 2. Open the Settings tab
In the top navigation, click Settings.

Step 3. Click Client & Site Info
Select Client & Site Info from the Settings menu.

Step 4. Enter the new location name
Type the new name in the Location's Friendly Name field.

Step 5. Save your changes
Click Save Changes.
For an immediate update on the kiosk, tap Sync DB after saving. Otherwise, changes sync automatically within 5–10 minutes.
