Kiosk Zero
Kiosk Zero: Selecting Stations
Step-by-step guide to selecting which stations are active on a Kiosk Zero tablet from Manager Mode — covering single station, multiple stations, or All.
📋 Overview
This guide walks through how to select which stations are visible to customers on your Kiosk Zero tablet. You’ll do this from the Settings → Stations section of Manager Mode. Station selection controls what menu groups customers see and can order from.
You must be in Manager Mode to change station settings. If you need help entering Manager Mode, see Kiosk Zero: How to Enter Manager Mode.
Step 1. Open Settings in Manager Mode
- Enter Manager Mode on the Kiosk Zero tablet.
- From the Manager Mode menu, tap Settings.

Step 2. Tap Stations
Inside Settings, tap Stations to open the station selector.

Step 3. Select Your Stations
Choose which stations should be active on this tablet:
- All customers can order from every available station. Use this when the tablet serves your full menu.
- Specific station(s) — tap one or more station names to limit the ordering screen to only those stations. Use this when a tablet is dedicated to a single food concept (e.g., only “Burger Shack”).
You can select more than one specific station if needed.

Step 4. Confirm the Change on the Customer View
- Exit Manager Mode by tapping the back arrow or X.
- On the customer-facing ordering screen, confirm that only the selected station(s) and their menu items are displayed.
Station changes take effect immediately — no restart or sync needed. If the customer view doesn’t update, re-enter Manager Mode and tap Restart App to force a refresh.
💡 Tips
- Selecting All is the safest default if you’re unsure — it ensures no station menu is accidentally hidden from customers.
- For dedicated kitchen tablets (Kitchen Mode), select only the station that the tablet is responsible for, so kitchen staff only see orders relevant to them.
- Station names come from Creator in Cloud. If a station isn’t appearing in the list, make sure it’s been created and published there first.
