How to View/Export an All Item Sales Report
Step-by-step instructions for exporting a granular item-level sales CSV from a specific location or group in Cloud.
📋 Overview
The All Item Sales Report is a CSV export that provides a granular breakdown of every item sold at a location or group for a given date range. This is different from the standard Dashboard report exports — it gives you item-level data rather than summary totals.
Before starting, make sure you’re familiar with the Cloud Dashboard. See Cloud Dashboard Overview for a full breakdown of all Dashboard modules.
🚀 Steps
Step 1. Navigate to Cloud
Go to cloud.mashgin.com and log in.
Step 2. Click "Locations" or "Groups"
From the Cloud Dashboard, click either Locations or Groups depending on the scope of the report you need:
- Locations — for a report on a single site
- Groups — for a report aggregating multiple locations
Step 3. Search for the Location or Group
Enter the Location ID/Name or Group ID/Name in the search bar and select the appropriate result from the list.
Step 4. Select the Date Range and Click "Export"
Use the Date Selector to choose the data range you need, then click the Export button.
Step 5. Select "Download Item Sales CSV"
From the export dropdown menu, select Download Item Sales CSV.
Large groups: Depending on the size of your group, data aggregation may take longer. If the group is too large, direct downloading may not be possible. Contact support at help@mashgin.com if you run into this issue.
