If the Glory bill cassette can't be unlocked from the kiosk screen, you can manually unlock it using the colored keys included with the unit. Follow the steps below in order.
🔧 Manual Unlock Steps
Step 1. Rack out the bill collector
Use the red key to rack out the bill collector from the unit.
Step 2. Open the side panel
Use the yellow key to open the side panel, then pull and hold the lever up.
Step 3. Open the black façade door
Use the blue key to open the black façade door.
Step 4. Open the metal door
Press the green button to open the metal door and access the cassette.
