📋 Overview
Trove is a software platform that manages customer loyalty accounts — such as Dining Dollars in higher education or Payroll Deduction in healthcare. Mashgin is integrated and certified with Trove for Atrium, CBORD, MMHayes, Transact Campus On-Prem (TIA), Transact SaaS, and Touchnet.
🛒 Checkout Flow
- The customer places item(s) on the base of the kiosk.
- The customer scans, swipes, or taps to pay. Available payment options display automatically.
✨ Supported Features
- Loyalty accounts with multiple tenders
- SAF (Offline Accept)
- Taxable and non-taxable tenders
🚫 Non-Supported Features
- Split tenders — if the student/staff member doesn't have enough balance to cover the entire amount, the transaction is rejected.
