Resolve a Glory cash machine offline alert — check the IP settings, reseat FCC cables, reboot the FCC, and reset the devices.
📋 Overview

A Glory cash machine offline alert means the kiosk has lost its connection to Glory. Work through checking the IP settings, reseating the FCC cables, rebooting the FCC, and resetting the devices.
Step 1. Check the Glory IP settings
- Navigate to Manage Mode → Advanced → Cash Register → Settings.
- Tap within the box and enter the correct Glory IP address.
- If you're unsure what the IP address should be, contact Mashgin Support.
Step 2. Reseat the Glory FCC cables
- Rack out the bill collector.
- Locate the silver FCC box underneath the bill collector.
- Reseat all cables attached to the FCC box.
Step 3. Reboot the Glory FCC
Turn the silver FCC box off and back on using the power switch located on the box.
Step 4. Reset the Glory devices
- Navigate to Manage Mode → Advanced → Cash Register.
- Select the Reset button.
- Wait a couple of minutes for the devices to fully reset.
