How do I delete Cloud users?
Steps to find and permanently delete a user from a Cloud location.
📋 Overview
Users can be permanently removed from a Cloud location through the Users section. Deletion is irreversible — the user will lose all access to that location.
📋 Steps
Step 1 — Navigate to Cloud Users
Go to cloud.mashgin.com, select your Location, then go to the Users section.
Step 2 — Find the user
Search for the user by name or email address, then select them.
Step 3 — Delete the user
Scroll to the bottom of the user edit page and click Delete.
Step 4 — Confirm deletion
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Delete to permanently remove the user.
This action is permanent. Deleted users cannot be recovered. If you only need to restrict access, consider editing the user's permissions instead.
