How to Create and Modify Pickup Locations

📋 Overview

Step 1. Open your location's Mobile settings in Cloud

1. Log in to Cloud and select your location.

2. Go to Settings → Tablet & Mobile Settings → Mobile.

3. Find the Pickup Enabled section.

4. Toggle on.

Step 2. Add a pickup location

1. Under Tablet & Mobile Settings → Select Mobile Orders

2. Enter the name of the pickup location — this can be the same as your site name, or a more specific spot (e.g., "Front Desk", "Café Counter").

3. Enter the pickup time(s) customers can choose from.

Step 3. Modify or remove a pickup location

1. Return to the same Mobile Orders section in Cloud.

2. Edit the location name or times as needed, or remove the entry entirely.

3. Save your changes — they take effect on the mobile ordering site once the page is refreshed.

Step 4. Verify on the mobile ordering site

1. Open your location on order.mashgin.com.

2. Place a test order and confirm your pickup location(s) and time(s) appear in the dropdown at the end of the ordering flow, before payment.

💡 Tips

• If your location routes mobile orders to another site for fulfillment, enter the pickup locations and times in the Cloud settings of the site customers order from — not the site the orders are routed to.

• A location can have one or multiple pickup locations, each with its own set of times.
