📋 Overview
The Transactions tab in Cloud lets you look up and review individual transactions at a selected location. Use it to search for specific transactions by date, payment type, or item — and to view receipts and payment details.
🗂️ Transactions Tab Sections
🔍 Search
Use the date selector and search bar to filter transactions by date, payment type, item name, card number, customer name, Transaction ID, or Transaction Hash.
Search Bar: filter transactions by date, payment type, item name, card number, customer name, Transaction ID, or Transaction Hash
Calendar Select: Select what days to include. Double-click the single date to select, or click two dates to see the transactions between them.
Pre-Selected Dates: Easy to click selections from Today to Last 365 days.
📝 Review
The transaction list displays all matching results. Each row shows key transaction data at a glance, including time, payment type, and total.
🔎 A Closer Look
Click into any individual transaction to see a full breakdown of what was purchased, including item names, quantities, and prices.
🧾 Receipts
View and reprint the receipt for any transaction directly from the transaction detail page.
💳 Transaction Payment Details
Review the full payment breakdown for a transaction, including tender type, card type, last four digits, and any applied discounts or taxes.
