How do I resolve a Glory cash machine audit alert?
Resolve a Glory cash machine audit alert — perform the audit with a District Manager/Store Owner present, then escalate if it persists.

📋 Overview
A Glory cash machine audit alert means the Glory devices need an audit — emptying and recounting the stackers. This must be done with a District Manager or Store Owner on-site.
An audit requires the District Manager (or Store Owner at some locations) to be physically present to enter the passcodes and oversee the process.
Step 1. Get a District Manager or Store Manager on-site
The audit can't be performed without the District Manager or Store Manager present to type in the passcodes and oversee it.
Step 2. Perform the audit
- With the District Manager or Store Owner present, navigate to Manage Mode → Advanced → Cash Register.
- Press the Audit Bill / Coin Device button. This begins emptying the stacker that requires the audit.
- You may need to press it multiple times until the stacker(s) are completely empty.
- Fully empty the Coin Collector or Bill Cassette by removing all bills or coins.
- Refill them by pressing the Cash In button.
