How to Change the Kiosk Sleep Interval
How to adjust how long a kiosk waits before entering sleep mode, set per location in Cloud Settings under Client and Site Information.
📋 Overview
If you'd like to increase the amount of time the kiosk waits before entering sleep mode due to inactivity, adjust the sleep interval in the location's Cloud Settings.
By default, the kiosk enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. To stop the kiosk from ever sleeping, set the interval to 1440 minutes.
⚙️ How to Change the Sleep Interval
Step 1. Open Location Settings in Cloud
- Navigate to Cloud and select your location.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select Client and Site Information to expand the menu.
Step 2. Adjust the Sleep Interval
- Type the desired sleep interval time (in minutes) into the box.
- Click Save Changes.
Set the interval to 1440 minutes if you want the kiosk to never enter sleep mode.
Step 3. Sync the Kiosk
- For immediate changes on the kiosk, go to Manage Mode > Sync DB.
- Otherwise, the changes will sync automatically in about 5–10 minutes.
