How do I empty the Glory bill cassette?

This guide walks through how to empty the bill cassette on the Glory cash machine. Follow it when you need to remove all bills from the cassette — for example, during a cash pull or when servicing the recycler.
🧭 Steps
Step 1. Open the Cash Register controls
Navigate to Manage Mode → Advanced → Cash Register.
Step 2. Run a Safe Drop
Press the Safe Drop button and wait for the collectors to finalize collection.
Step 3. Unlock the machine
Press the Unlock button. This unlocks both the bill cassette and the coin collection box.
Step 4. Rack out the bill collector
Using the red key, rack out the bill collector.
Step 5. Open the bill device door
Unlock the bill device's black façade door with the blue key.
Step 6. Remove and empty the cassette
Press the green button on the metal cover and pull the black cassette box out. Fully empty the box — there should not be any bills left inside, no matter how small the denomination.
Make sure the cassette is completely empty before reinserting it. Leftover bills can cause miscounts on the next audit.
