You must power cycle or reboot after unplugging the display touch connection โ touch will not return without it.
If a peripheral is not working

- Try another USB port, including the ports on the back of the display.
- Reseat the display touch / USB hub connection and power cycle the unit.
If the unit will not connect to the network
- Reseat the network cable.
- Power cycle the unit.
- Verify the network drop works with another device, and try a known-good Ethernet cable and a known-working wall port.
- If it still won't connect, contact Mashgin Support to confirm the site's network setup.
The pre-installed cabling on the main processing unit should NOT be reseated โ those connections are secured in their ports with silicone adhesive. Only reseat the clearly labeled display and base cables.
