How do I change the name of a location?
How to rename a location in Cloud using the Client & Site Information settings. Changes sync to the kiosk in about 5–10 minutes, or immediately via Sync DB.
🏷️ Overview
The location name in Cloud is displayed in the kiosk interface and used for reporting. You can update it at any time from the Settings section. Changes sync to the kiosk in about 5–10 minutes, or immediately using Sync DB in Manage Mode.
🔧 Steps
Step 1. Navigate to Cloud Settings
Go to cloud.mashgin.com, select your location, and click the Settings tab on the left sidebar menu.
Within Settings, click Client and Site Information to expand the section.
Step 2. Update the Location Name
Type the desired location name into the name field and press Save Changes.
Step 3. Sync the Kiosk
For immediate changes on the kiosk, navigate to Manage Mode > Sync DB. Otherwise, changes sync in about 5–10 minutes.
