How do I power cycle the Glory cash machines?
Step-by-step Glory cash machine power cycle — the go-to first fix for most Glory issues (coin/bill collectors + FCC).
📋 Overview
Power cycling the Glory cash machine resolves many issues and should be your go-to first troubleshooting step. Remember: the Glory is a separate machine from the kiosk — if the issue is with the Glory specifically, you need a Glory power cycle, not a kiosk power cycle.
Follow the steps below exactly as written (or as shown in the video). The order matters.
Step 1. Power off the coin and bill collectors
- Unlock both black façade doors on the coin and bill collectors using the blue key.
- Turn both power switches to the off (O) position.
Step 2. Rack out the bill collector and power off the FCC
- Rack out the bill collector completely using the red key (insert, twist, pull out).
- Behind and under the bill collector, locate the FCC — a small silver box on the floor.
- Switch the FCC to the off (O) position (the switch is on the front left side of the box).
Step 3. Wait, then power everything back on
- Wait a couple of minutes.
- Switch the FCC back to the on (I) position.
- Push the bill collector back into place.
- Switch both the coin and bill power buttons back to the on (I) positions.
Step 4. Let the Glory boot up
Allow the Glory 3–5 minutes to boot back up. You'll hear it clicking and resetting as it powers on.
