Mobile Order Reporting
Where to find and review mobile order data in Cloud — the Orders page, dashboards, and report exports.
📋 Overview
This guide covers where to find mobile order data for your location. Mobile orders flow into the same Cloud reporting as tablet and kiosk orders, so you review them in Cloud alongside the rest of your sales data.
Step 1. Review individual mobile orders
- Log in to Cloud and select your location.
- Open the Orders page — this shows mobile and tablet orders placed at your location.
- Use it to search for specific orders, view details, and manage individual mobile orders. See Cloud Order Overview for a full walkthrough.
Step 2. Review sales performance
- Open the Cloud Dashboard for sales performance across your location, including daypart sales. See Cloud Dashboard Overview.
- Use report exports for accounting or trend analysis across a date range.
💡 Tips
- Reporting by pickup location is not currently available — mobile orders report at the location level. If this would help your operation, let your Mashgin contact know.
- If your location routes mobile orders to another site for fulfillment, check which location the orders are recorded under before reconciling reports.
