For locations that have donations configured through the Round Up for Charity feature, the Cloud Dashboard reports donation amounts across several widgets and in data exports.
📊 Where Donation Data Appears
Total Sales Widget
The Total Sales widget displays the net tendered amount and includes donations in that figure. A tooltip on the widget notes that donations are included in the metric.
Sales Breakdown Widget
The Sales Breakdown widget shows a dedicated Donations line, letting you see total donation amounts alongside other sales categories.
Daily Sales Breakdown Widget
The Daily Sales Breakdown widget surfaces donation data in two ways:
- A Donations entry in the tooltip when hovering over chart data
- A Donations column in the table view
Data Exports
Exports of Dashboard data (PDF and CSV) also reflect donation amounts from the Round Up for Charity feature.
