📋 Overview

A Glory cash machine audit alert means the Glory devices need an audit — emptying and recounting the stackers. This must be done with a District Manager or Store Owner on-site.

⚠️

An audit requires the District Manager (or Store Owner at some locations) to be physically present to enter the passcodes and oversee the process.

Step 1. Get a District Manager or Store Manager on-site

The audit can't be performed without the District Manager or Store Manager present to type in the passcodes and oversee it.

Step 2. Perform the audit

  1. With the District Manager or Store Owner present, navigate to Manage Mode → Advanced → Cash Register.
  1. Press the Audit Bill / Coin Device button. This begins emptying the stacker that requires the audit.
      • You may need to press it multiple times until the stacker(s) are completely empty.
  1. Fully empty the Coin Collector or Bill Cassette by removing all bills or coins.
  1. Refill them by pressing the Cash In button.
