Kiosk Zero: How to Enter Manager Mode
Learn how to enter and exit Manager Mode on Kiosk Zero.
📋 Overview
Manager Mode on Kiosk Zero gives authorized users access to settings, printing configurations, and administrative controls on the tablet.
Your location may have a custom passcode — check with your site manager or contact Mashgin Support.
Entering Manager Mode: Double-Tap the Mashgin logo
- To prompt the passcode entry, double-tap the Mashgin Logo
- A passcode prompt appears — enter your location's passcode.
Exiting Manager Mode: How to Leave Manager Mode
Tap the Exit button at any time to leave Manager Mode and return the tablet to the standard customer-facing display.
💡 Tips
- You do not need to exit and re-enter Manager Mode between tasks. Stay in it until all your changes are done.
- If attempting to prompt the passcode entry screen is not working, power cycle the tablet and try again.
