📋 Overview

Manager Mode on Kiosk Zero (Order Mode) is the administrative interface for configuring printing, display, checkout behavior, and station assignments. This article maps every top-level section so you know exactly where to go for each task.

ℹ️Info: Key Information, Kiosk ID, Location Information

This is your default view when accessing Manage Mode. You will be provided with key details such as the Kiosk ID, Location ID, and more.

  • This information is very helpful if you’re contacting support to troubleshoot. They will need the Kiosk ID/Location ID.

🧾Transactions: Displays Sales Processed on The Kiosk

When accessing Manager Mode, you will be presented with the Info Screen by default. Switch to the transactions screen to begin viewing recent sales.

  • Each transaction displays details such as Date Processed, Transaction ID, Items Purchased, Total Paid, and the Payment Method.
  • The most recent transaction will always be at the top of the list.

You can also click into a transaction to view additional details, such as the subtotal breakdown.

⚙️ Settings: Actions, Kiosk Configuration, and Station Setup

The Settings section is the most-used area of Manager Mode. Here you will find three sections: Mode, Actions, and Settings.

  • Mode — Allows you to alternate between a customer-facing order mode and a kitchen-facing mode to view incoming orders first.
  • Actions — Here you can execute a reboot, put the kiosk to sleep, sync your database, and more.
  • Settings — This section provides a full list of all configurable settings on the kiosk. Such as your receipt rules and modifying the available stations.
