How to Setup Mobile Order Discounts

📋 Overview

Step 1. Create the discount in Creator

1. Go to creator.mashgin.com and open the menu your mobile ordering site uses.

2. Create the discount under Menu Details → Discounts — see How do I create a discount? for the full steps.

Step 2. Schedule the discount (optional)

Step 3. Choose your discount type.

• Combo Discount: A discount that is triggered by cart items. Use the Combo discount type and be sure to include the items that trigger this discount.

• Discount Code: A code that can be entered during checkout to apply a discount. Use the Single or Global discount, and be sure to enter the code as the trigger.

1. Discount Name: The name that will show up on reporting.
2. Discount Type:
1. Single applies to one item.
2. Global applies to the cart.
3. Adjust By: Amount or Percent
4. By Item: Select which items this applies to or are required for the deal.
5. Trigger by Input: The code customers have to use to get the discount or the code you assign to a custom QR.

Step 4. Verify on the mobile ordering site

1. Open your location on order.mashgin.com.

2. Add a qualifying item to the cart and confirm the discount applies at checkout.
