How do I schedule discounts?
How to set discounts to automatically activate at specific times — either as a one-time event or a recurring daily window.

This guide explains how to schedule discounts in Creator — either as a one-time event or a recurring daily window.
Discounts can be set to automatically activate and deactivate at specific times or dates.
- Navigate to the Discounts tab in Creator under Menu Details on the left sidebar.
- Select the Discount you would like to adjust.
- There are two scheduling options; see How do I schedule discounts? for more details.
🗓️ Scheduling Options
Option 1. Custom Scheduled Date/Time
Use this for one-time, non-repeating discounts. The discount will automatically activate on the kiosk at the specified date and time.
Best for:
- Limited-time promotions
- Single-day events or sales
- Discounts with a hard end date
Option 2. Repeating Daily Active Times
Use this for recurring daily discounts (e.g., Happy Hour). The discount will activate at the same time every day.
Best for:
- Daily happy hour or shift-based pricing
- Lunch specials or recurring promotions
- Any discount that should apply on a regular schedule
💡 Tips
- You can combine scheduling with any discount type — Single, Global, or Combo
- If no schedule is set, a discount remains active indefinitely as long as the Active toggle is on
- Scheduled discounts still require the Active toggle to be enabled — a schedule alone won't activate an inactive discount
