Creator
Creator Location Settings Overview
A walkthrough of every section of the Creator Settings panel — Operation Hours, Day Parts, Kiosk Settings (Sleep Interval and Receipt Logo), and Tablet & Mobile Settings (Campaign Text and FDA Text).
📋 Overview
The Settings entry in the Creator sidebar opens a panel containing every option that controls how a location operates — when checkout is open, which menu items are available at which times of day, how the kiosk behaves between transactions, what receipts look like, and what shows up on your mobile and tablet ordering pages.
Settings are scoped to a single location. If you manage multiple locations, switch between them using the Locations entry in the sidebar before editing — see How to Change Locations in Creator.

🕐 Operation Hours
Operation hours determine when customers are able to checkout.
Outside of these hours, the kiosk and mobile site show a closed message instead of the order screen.

Available all day
Check this box if checkout should be available 24 hours a day. When this is checked, the Day start and Day end fields below are ignored.
Available on weekends
Check this box if the location should also be open on Saturdays and Sundays. Uncheck it for weekdays-only operation.
Day start / Day end
When Available all day is unchecked, use the Day start and Day end time pickers to define the operating window.
The earliest a day can begin is 12 AM (midnight), and the latest a day can end is 12 AM (midnight).
Step-by-step: How to Change Operation Hours walks through updating these fields end-to-end, including how the kiosk and mobile site behave outside of operating hours.
🕑 Day Parts
Day Parts let you swap menu items in and out at specific times of day — for example, Breakfast 6 am–10 am, Lunch 11 am–2 pm, Dinner 5 pm–9 pm. Items can be tagged to a day part so they only appear during that window.
To add a day part:
- Type a name into the Day Part Name field (e.g., "Breakfast").
- Pick a Start time.
- Pick an End time.
- Click the + button to save it.
Repeat for each day part you need. Existing day parts can be edited or removed from the same section.

Day Parts are independent of Operation Hours. Hours control whether the kiosk is open at all; Day Parts control which subset of the menu is available within those hours.
Deep dives on Day Parts:
Day Parts work hand-in-hand with item tags — see What is a Tag? for how to scope items to a specific day part.
🖥️ Kiosk Settings
Sleep Interval
The number of minutes of inactivity before the kiosk goes to sleep and shows the attract screen. Lower values save screen wear and avoid abandoned in-progress orders sitting on screen; higher values are friendlier to slower customers.
The default is 10 minutes (per the field defaults shipped in Creator).
Step-by-step: How to Change the Kiosk Sleep Interval in Creator walks through changing this setting end-to-end and how to verify the new interval on the kiosk.
Receipt Logo
Upload an image to brand the printed receipts. The logo prints at the top of every receipt printed at this location.
File requirements:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- File size: less than 100 KB
- Dimensions: less than 300 × 300 pixels (width and height)
- Best results: square, black and white
Click Browse to choose an image, or drag and drop directly onto the upload field.
Step-by-step: How to Add a Receipt Logo walks through preparing the file, uploading it, and verifying the logo on a printed receipt.

📱 Tablet & Mobile Settings
These two fields control text that shows on the mobile ordering site for this location.
Campaign Text
Text that appears on the front page of your mobile site. Use it for announcements, promotions, or anything you want customers to see when they first arrive.
This field accepts HTML for formatting — you can use tags like <b>, <i>, and <a href="..."> to add bold, italic, and links.
Item level / FDA Text
Text that appears on every product on your mobile site. This is typically used for FDA-required disclosure text (allergen statements, calorie warnings, etc.) that needs to appear on each item.
Step-by-step: How to Add Item Level/FDA Text for Mobile Ordering walks through entering and saving FDA or item-specific text end-to-end.
