How to Sort Menu Items

The top menu bar on the All Items page in Creator includes filter buttons that let you narrow the visible items down to a specific category. Click a filter to apply it; click it again to clear. Filters can be combined with the Columns view (see How to Change Column Views) to build a focused view of exactly the items you need.

Click Dotcodes in the top menu bar to view only items that have a dotcode (ArUco label) assigned. This is useful when auditing which items need dotcodes or verifying your dotcode coverage across the menu.

Click Global Matches to view only items that have a Global Match number assigned. Global Matches are numeric codes that link your Creator items to a shared product database — the kiosk uses these to identify items when a barcode (SKU) isn't present.

Click By Tag to filter items by their assigned tags. Tags are labels you apply to menu items for reporting or to trigger special kiosk behavior at checkout. After clicking By Tag, select one or more tags from the dropdown — the list updates to show only items with those tags.

The top menu bar may include additional filter buttons depending on your menu configuration — Availability, Active/Inactive, Day Part, etc. Each one toggles on and off the same way.
