💡

Turn this on if you use stations — it allows Order Mode to close automatically when your daypart ends, without needing to close the whole app.

Prompt User Name

When ON, Kiosk Zero prompts the customer to enter their name before completing an order. The name then appears on the printed receipt for identification.

When OFF, an auto-generated order ID (1–99) is used on the receipt instead.

Day Parts

Allows you to adjust whether all or specific Day Parts to turned on, which controls which items display during different periods of your day. Day Parts are configured in Creator and then assigned to individual items.

  • Auto — When selected will display the Day Parts by Station automatically. This is based on what Day Parts on configured for each item in Creator. This is the recommend one to select.
  • Manual — When choosing which Day Parts to display manually, you are choosing to only display those specific Day Part times. Anything outside of that will not show.
    • For Example, only choosing ‘Lunch’ will only display lunch items on Stations when that time period begins and then when it ends the station will close and not move onto the next Day Part.

  • Language — Enables the language button before starting a new order to allow customers to choose their desired language
  • Call for Help —When enabled allows the customer to press a “Call for Help” button on the kiosk to alert staff that they’re in need of assistance
